Fearless and thought-provoking, the New York Times called Disgraced "a continuously engaging, vitally engaged play" that "bristles with wit and intelligence."

The 2013 Pulitzer Prize Winner for Drama and the most produced play in America in 2015-2016, Disgraced is an unabashed study of identity, culture, and religion in the melting pot of modern society. More pertinent than ever in our global society, the play questions the very essence of identity in a heterogenous global culture and offers insight into complex and deeply fractious issues.

Pakistani-American Amir is a successful corporate lawyer living on New York City's Upper East Side with his American wife, artist Emily. When Amir's African-American colleague and her Jewish husband come for a celebratory dinner, secrets are revealed, hidden resentments exposed, and their lives begin to unravel in a compelling drama that will make the audience question their own beliefs more than once.

Opening night patrons are cordially invited to join the cast and crew for a glass of bubbly after the show courtesy of Blackden Financial.
